BOSTON HEMP OFFERS THE RATES LISTED BELOW FOR SHIPPING. SHIPMENTS ARE MADE WITH NATIONAL UNITED STATES CARRIERS SUCH AS USPS AND UPS. ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAIN A LETTER WITH ACCESS TO FULL LAB REPORTS TO SUPPORT THE VALIDITY OF THE PRODUCT(S) WITHIN. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN HEAT SEALED MYLAR BAGS TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS AND CONTAIN ODORS WITHIN THE BAG. ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00PM (EST) WILL USUALLY SHIP SAME DAY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. ORDERS AFTER NOON ON FRIDAY WILL SHIP ON MONDAY, EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS, WHERE PACKAGES WILL GO OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE BASED ON EASTERN STANDARD TIME AND BOSTON HEMP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CARRIER ISSUES. DUE TO COVID19, UPS GROUND AND USPS PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE MAY HAVE 1-2 DAY DELAYS. FIRST-CLASS MAIL COULD TAKE UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 4 DAYS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO [email protected]. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS UNLESS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND EMAIL THE PHOTO WITH YOUR RETURN REQUEST TO [email protected]. FLOWER, CONCENTRATES, AND PARTIALLY USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO NEXT SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT.
