A blend of organic black tea and organic suver haze hemp. This blend has 59mg of caffeine and 50mg of CBD per serving. Tea blend is loose and needs a steeper or tea bag. Steeps in boiling water in about 5 minutes. Use 3.5g of blend per serving.
